Please read these brief terms and conditions before making a purchase.

It is possible to order only the products that are present in the stock. When an item is temporarily out of stock, it is necessary to wait for its availability before placing the order. An order is confirmed after you receive an e-mail of confirmation from us. The photos of the website are only examples and the products may differ slightly from them.

A customer has the right to give the item back and to get a full refund within 14 days of delivery without the need to give any reason or explanation. The customer has just to send us an e-mail and to send back the item(s) to us at his expenses. As soon as we receive the item(s) back we will provide a full refund.

The price of products listed in the shop does not include the expenses of shipment. You will be able to see the price of shipment after selecting the postcode and the kind of delivery you prefer. Shipments are made by Parcelforce or Evri courier and delivery times are 2-4 working days. Samson Shelves only sells and ships to the UK. Unfortunately, we currently do not ship to Northern Ireland for technical reasons.

Only in Cardiff, it is available an option of local pick up (click and collect) without shipping fees. The place of collection is usually the warehouse of the company in Cardiff. Anyway, if you select this option, we will always contact you within 24 hours (working days) to arrange a convenient time and place for collection.

The website has the right to cancel the registration of a member  if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud.

These terms and conditions in the future can change slightly without any notice, but this page will be always promptly updated.
